-Welcome to my site. I'm software architect with more than 18 years of commercial experience.
+I'm a Software Architect working with BigData, Distributed Architectures, NoSQL, SEDA, CEP, High-Volumes websites and High-Availability. I have over 20 years of commercial experience in Software development, Architecture and management.
-My focus for the past 12 years has always been directed towards the design of distributed systems and  their optimization. The distributed architectures I've been working on, they offer business critical services for world-class companies. Cloud computing and Service Oriented Architectures are at the center of my technical investigation, not only from a design perspective but also from the efficiency point of view. I've been working on designing new architectures as well as improve existing ones and make them more robust, more secure, improve the throughput and reduce the latency. The separation of concerns, Model Driven Architectures as well as Service Oriented Architectures have changed radically my way of conceiving enterprises designs and with my QA experience I've learned how to incorporate high quality standards since the inception, and building it up using Agile methodologies such as TDD, Continuous Integration, pair design and pair programming.
